Earn points on eligible purchases, then use them for savings on a future order.
Earn rewards
Retail customers earn rewards worth 5% of eligible product spend. Manually approved professional customers earn rewards worth 3% of eligible product spend, calculated on the professional price paid.
Every 100 points is worth R1 in rewards. For example, an eligible R1,000 retail purchase earns rewards worth R50 for a future purchase.
Check your points
Open the Hair Depot Rewards button in the bottom-right corner of the store and sign in with the same Hair Depot account you use when shopping. You can view your points, ways to earn and available rewards there.
Use your rewards
- Open Hair Depot Rewards and sign in.
- Choose Ways to Redeem and select how many points you want to use.
- Copy your reward discount code and enter it at checkout.
- Check that the discount is applied before completing payment.
Rewards are for a future purchase, not the order on which they are earned. You can redeem part of your points balance and keep the remainder for later.
Which purchases qualify?
Rewards apply to eligible full-price products. Normal professional catalogue prices qualify for approved professional customers. In a mixed basket, only eligible products qualify.
Sale or discounted products, discounted bundles, gift cards, free gifts and products qualifying for gift-with-purchase promotions are excluded from earning and redemption. Shipping and amounts paid using rewards do not earn points.
Rewards cannot be combined with other discounts. Points associated with returned purchases are reversed.
